Cancellation fees are payable prior to the commencement any further lessons
- 1) 60 minutes lesson:
Must be within 4 kms from Parafield Gardens or come at Hollywood Plaza Shopping Center for lesson - 2) 90 minutes lesson:
Must be within 8 kms from Parafield Gardens or come at Hollywood Plaza Shopping Center for lesson - 3) 120 minutes lesson:
Must be within 12 kms from Parafield Gardens or come at Hollywood Plaza Shopping Center for lesson
- Night hour lesson 15% surcharge apply.
- City and Country driving lesson must be 2 hours only with 15% surcharge apply plus night driving extra 15% surcharge apply on top.
- 15% surcharge apply who available on weekends only.
- New bee student who don’t have experience on road needs to come down at Wirriga Street, Regency Park, SA – 5010 for learn how to drive on weekends basis with $135 for 90 minutes plus 15% weekends surcharge apply on top.
- You will incur an administration fees of $45.00 for any cancellation OR refund prior to 48 hours for lesson/lesson package and any VORT Test/VORT Test package fees are non-refundable.
- All VORT test packages fees to be paid in advance in cash and non-refundable.
- JD’s Driving Academy recommends to students at least 7 to 10 hours of training for preparing VORT test if you are even really good driver but if you choose 1 to 3 hours of training before VORT test then JD’s Driving Academy is not responsible for any of your results in your VORT test.
- If you selected only VORT test, JD’s Driving Academy organise VORT test for you with examiner who is not working for JD’s Driving Academy but JD’s Driving Academy is not responsible for any payment transactions or results of your test. We can provide examiner name and contact number so you can directly contact them for any of your queries regarding payment or results for your test or you can lodge your complaints to the Department for Infrastructure and Transport(DIT) not to the JD’s Driving Academy.
- JD’s Driving Academy is not take any responsibility for you pass your test in first attempt even you take proper training from JD’s Driving Academy instructors.
- Full advance payments required for any kinds of packages.
- 5 hours lessons must be use in 3 weeks from booking dates otherwise it’s expired and you can’t claim lessons or refund money for that rest of hours left from package.
- 10 hours lessons must be use in 6 weeks from booking dates otherwise it’s expired and you can’t claim lessons or refund money for that rest of hours left from package.
- Acknowledge and declare that you are not under the influence of Drugs or Alcohol.
- You accept the financial responsibility for any fines or penalty incurred if you commit a road traffic offence whilst driving JDDA vehicle.
- If you are late for the lesson, to whatever reason you have, the lesson will finish on time, you will have to pay for the whole fees, for whichever slot you have selected.
- If for any reason the instructor is late to begin the lesson on time, then if you and the instructor are free, they will take your slot or otherwise, the instructor will arrange rest of the time in the next lesson. However, in this case, you will need to pay the full fees for whichever slot you have selected.
